Vitals & Vision: Life After the Wake-Up Call is an honest, empowering conversation about heart health, healing, and the life reset that often follows illness. This discussion goes beyond the medical charts to explore how heart health impacts our mindset, relationships, purpose, and daily choices — especially for Black men and communities disproportionately affected by heart disease.
