Forget horrendous hangovers & writing off your Sunday morning yoga sesh. VITAL is back at the end of May with a new East Greenwich venue and a fresh roster of beats. Breathwork activation, spicy dancefloor, cool people, no hangover. Vibes on vibes on vibes.

Headlined by DJ Marblz bringing you a Vinyl Drum & Bass journey that'll have you sweating in the best way. This will be a set to remember and out of this WORLD to watch live. You dont want to miss this.

The night kicks off with a breathwork activation to wake you up, warm you up and shake off the work week. We open the body, drop into the room, get electric. Then four hours of movement, music and mischief. Sober & cool. Not wildly woo. Just vibes on vibes.

There will be a sober bar and some snacks available to purchase at the event.

• 5:00pm — doors + breathwork activation (optional)
• 5:30pm — DJs on, dancefloor open
• 9:30pm — last tune, lights up, home in time for a proper sleep
