About this Event
Forget horrendous hangovers & writing off Saturday morning's run. VITAL is back for April & this month, we've got a hot & heavy Drum & Bass night lined up for you.
Headlined by DJs Raven & Innsy B2B (actual fire) bringing a Drum & Bass journey and supported by the electric Camimi with melodic house / tech house energy. These three weave tunes with so much chemistry you feel the fire, and honestly, when you're fully in your body & present in the moment, this combo will be just something else.
The Full Experience
Breathe to revive.
We open every VITAL with a breathwork session to shake off the week - 30 minutes & you'll wonder why you ever started a night out any other way. Highly recommend trying this out even if it's new for you. It will set you up for a night of open connection, new friends, playfulness, joy and most importantly, energy.
Bring your swimsuit.
The sauna is back, and honestly, it makes the night. There's something about sweating it out between sets - the conversations you have, the people you meet - it's become a VITAL ritual. Sauna slots are limited and included with Full Experience tickets only, so if you want it, grab that tier.
Drinks that sparkle.
We've also got our sober bar with everything selected to keep you energised and actually hydrated rather than depleted and sleepy. Full menu dropping soon, join the event whatsapp group for updates.
This is your permission to play, sweat, and celebrate... 100% sober.
Come alone or with friends. This crowd is warm, it's mixed, and the sauna alone will sort your social life out. The people this event attracts really are very cool.
It's sober, but it's not wildly woowoo. It's literally just a cool place to have a healthy night out, a good laugh & a bucket of fun.
Whether you're a regular or this is your first time, VITAL is a space to move, connect, and feel genuinely good. Not just during the night. The morning after too. ;)

P.S. You don't have to be teetotal to come. Our regulars come because the night is genuinely good, and because waking up the next day feeling human is addictive once you've tried it.
