Are you ready to move to some great music with other older adults? Vital Fitness incorporates a wide variety of balance, strength, and flexibility movements into this fun and social group class. All abilities are encouraged to come. Movements can be done seated or standing.Class held in community room at East Side Neighborhood Services. No cost for these classes.
