Welcome to Caring for the Pelvis, class! Join us for a collaborative and informational session with Dr. Diamond and Lesley Arbour MSRN, where we will be looking at the role of the pelvis in sexual health. This is the third class in our Vital Aging Series!
We will be exploring and addressing chronic pelvic pain, incontinence, and discomfort during sex with targeted pelvicology techniques. Learn how myofascial release can specifically address muscle restrictions and improve overall pelvic health and function.
