Visualize Your 2026: Creating a Vision Board for the Life You Want

Are you tired of setting the same New Year’s resolutions year after year—only to see them fade away? Looking for a creative, meaningful way to clarify your goals and set the tone for the year ahead? This one-hour session introduces vision boards as a powerful and inspiring tool to help you focus on what you want, how you want your life to feel, and who you want to become.

Vision boards help transform ideas and goals into visual reminders that keep you motivated and aligned with what matters most to you. When used intentionally, they can support clarity, focus, and daily inspiration—helping you move toward the life you want to create.

During this session, we will explore:

• What a vision board is and why it works
• Different ways to create a vision board (there is no single “right” way!)
• How to use your vision board effectively throughout the year
• Examples and ideas to spark creativity
• How to think about goals in positive, empowering, and imaginative ways

Participants are encouraged—but not required—to have basic supplies available if they’d like to start creating during or after the session. Helpful items may include paper or poster board, magazines, scissors, glue or tape, markers, printed images or words, stickers, or any decorative materials you enjoy. Vision boards can be physical or digital and completely personalized to fit your style and preferences.
