• Reiki Understanding: Participants must have a foundational understanding of Reiki (Level 1 certification or equivalent practical knowledge is recommended) to effectively apply the techniques.
• Ability to Visualize: This class heavily relies on the use of the mind's eye. Students must be comfortable with, and willing to practice, focused mental imagery and visualization techniques.

• Mindfulness Energy Work: Cultivate a profound, present-moment awareness that focuses your energy and dramatically enhances the effectiveness of your healing intent. Learn how to anchor your visualization and communication techniques in a state of calm, focused presence.
• Anatomy for Intuitive Vision: Participate in a concise, accessible overview of key anatomical structures and their energetic counterparts. This knowledge grounds your visualization, allowing you to systematically and accurately target specific organs (like the brain, heart, lungs, and digestive tract).
• Directive Visualization & Communication: Master the skill of using your inner sight to travel systematically from head to toe, seeing areas of imbalance, visualizing them dissolving, and reforming them as perfectly vibrant and healthy. This is paired with gentle, affirming communication to each part of the body, offering permission to heal.
• Self-Empowerment: You will gain the tools to connect your physical and energetic reality, fostering clarity, deep relaxation, and the ability to maintain vibrant energy long after the class concludes.
