Visual journaling is a fusion of art and self-reflection, combining drawing, painting, collage, typography, and mixed media techniques to create a unique, personal sketchbook. Supplies Needed: Sketchbook Only (all other materials will be provided)

Each session includes guided demonstrations, hands-on activities, and creative prompts designed to encourage artistic exploration and personal reflection. Participants will complete a series of themed journal pages, developing skills and confidence in mixed media art along the way.
