About this Event
You’re Invited is a Community Interest Company (CIC) using a Creative Health approach to support mental wellbeing, confidence, connection, and belonging.
Our immersive studio offers regular drop-ins, workshops, and creative coaching experiences designed to help you slow down, switch off from everyday pressures, and rediscover the joy of making — together.
No experience needed. No pressure to perform. Just curiosity, care, and creativity.
🧡 Weekly Drop-Ins & Community Sessions
Our regular sessions are designed to build community and offer a screen-free, influence-free space to simply be.
You’re welcome to attend one session or become a familiar face — both are equally valued.
🌅 Visual Junk Journalling
Friday | 17:30-18:00am
What to expect:
A gentle, mindful end the working week using collage, colour, writing prompts, and creative reflection.
We’ll explore intentions, thoughts, and feelings in a calm, supportive environment.
✔ All materials included excluding journal please bring your own if preferred. A journal template worksheet will be provided to use on the day
✔ Tea, music & a welcoming space
✔ No experience needed

Adults seeking grounding, creativity, and space to reflect.
No art skills needed.

£5 (on the door, if space allows)
A small number of drop-in places may be available on the day.
Advance booking is encouraged to help us prepare materials and hold the space well.
