Are you an artist or creative person seeking to build community? Let’s gather for some Visual Journaling. Visual Journaling is a creative way to explore ideas and thoughts through visual methods. It can be a combination of sketchbook, diary, scrapbook, and to-do list. Visual Journaling can be a personal and meaningful way to express yourself and reconnect with your life experiences.
At this meetup, you will:
- Explore questions you can ask yourself when journaling or creating
- Learn to respect the power of your own creative process
- Come away with practical tools and best practices for translating your ideas and vision into reality
All materials will be provided. If you have a favorite sketchbook or journal and writing/drawing tools, please bring them along. We will be asking for a $10 donation, but no one will be turned away.
Location: Burial // Forestry Camp
10 Shady Oak Dr.
Asheville, NC 28803
Date: Sunday, January 19
Time: 2-4 p.m.
