Visual Healing Journey This dynamic session is a beautiful blend of visual mediation and energy healing. These sessions begin with music that Sara produces herself and once everyone gets settled in the journey begins. Led by Sara’s soothing voice each session is energetically curated to those that attend. This allows each session to be a one of a kind experience and no two sessions are ever the same! Once the visual destination is reached, Sara will go around the group as guided to clear and balance the energy of the group.
No prior meditation or energy healing experience required, simply come with an open heart and an open mind. Please wear comfortable clothing, bring a water bottle and yoga mat. You may also bring a blanket or pillow if you would like.
