We are excited to announce that our theme for this year is “Reinforce 2025”.To REINFORCE means to strengthen with some added pieces, support, or material: to make stronger. Our goal this year is to not only share the gospel with our community, but to REINFORCE the daily spiritual walk of every believer of Jesus at the Wilmington Church of God.
We will do this by joining thousands of Church of God members around the world as we read through the Bible in 2025. We will also be implementing an intercessory prayer time in the sanctuary prior to our Sunday and Wednesday service times. As we move forward, we will also be re-implementing small group gatherings and fellowships. The overarching goal is to provide each believer with the tools and knowledge necessary to build up their walk with the Lord.
All of these initiatives are designed to push us to REINFORCE the spiritual disciplines of prayer, worship, God’s Word and a lifestyle of stewardship.
Join us Sunday, January 5th as Pastor launches this year’s goal with a new sermon series: REINFORCE.
