We are all naturally creative beings! Your life IS your canvas, it's up to you to create it! Explore Vision Quest with me. We will focus on the present and find insite in the process of creative flow. This is a layering process, each layer is part of your unique you-your freedom and wisdom.
We will explore playful color mixing, outline of a totem (if an image/animal has caught your eye more than once bring a sample) options will also be provided, and experience a painting process that pushes your resistance and opens your vision to a new process, direction and truth.
No artistic knowledge is needed. Bring your mat for comfort, all supplies are provided.
If you have a spirit animal, totem or personal symbol you want to incorporate please bring it.
