Guided Meditative Breathwork by Rob, who will draw your intention and focus on what you want to bring in for the coming year. Pre-think your dreams for the year so you show up ready to hone & fine tune your intention. Consider this to be a reverse New Years resolution, for those ready to call in new vibrancy rather than the usual focus of removing vices.
Rob will assist Channeling imagery that embodies your dreams & goal for the coming year, so each participant will create a unique painting tailored to their aspirations, a next level “Vision Board”
7:00-9:30
With instruction and guidance from Rob you will bring your dreams for the year onto canvas with vibrant colour. You will be sent home with your artwork and inspiration to continue your creative journey as surely youe creativity will be unlocked from this event!
Workshop cost is $77.00
Includes Canvas, Paint, Tea & snack
Please bring your sketchbook, Hardbound preferred & will be available for purchase if you need
