Vision Kids: Needle Felted Ornaments PM

Let's make fun, felted, wool ornaments that can be hung on trees or displayed year round! Participants will be using wool and a special felting needle to create their ornament. This is a fun way to learn about wool as an art medium while giving participants a chance to create a tactile keepsake with freedom to choose their subject matter. The Instructor will guide participants through the felting process which includes a safety lesson on handling the felting needle in a careful manner.

*Since we will be using sharp needles, we ask that very young participants have a parent nearby for additional oversight.

Led by teaching artist Memory Bradley. For ages 6-16.

Format

This class will take place in person at Vision Gallery. Please plan to arrive promptly by the class start time. Late arrivals may not be admitted to the class.
