VISION BOARDING 101 | A Fall Workshop

I have had an incredible request for Vision Boards to honestly arts and craft (yes that is a verb) your learnings and unlearnings into the future of your unique design. And your future is our future, let's create it.

Invest in you, set aside time to check your intentions, your reactions, I like to call the glue to a vision board is your commitment in action.

Let's come together and explore what we want our lives to look and feel like. Can you take time this October to be intentional, to take the time to define what you really want and go see it, feel it, honor the relationship of now and where we are going?

Join me for an evening in vision at Nurture Denver with Old Pine Candle lighting the way and JUNESHINE with fun libations.

Let's create the future with hope in mind as we connect through magazines. 

We will cover:

+ Landing right here in the now so we can assess choice, change and letting go (like the leaves of Fall).

+ A guided vision meditation to the future, a full body experience.

+ Vision Boarding and crafting a future you can dream/see/ glue

What to bring:

+ Two (2) magazines to contribute. 

+ A vehicle to vision on (think inside your journal, a shoe box cover, an upcycled box from an Amazon delivery or a poster board even)

+ A pair of scissors

+ I have so much glue! All good on glue!

+ A journal and a pen (or many markers, I know some of you travel with all the pens)

+ A blanket should we decide to cozy up or if you want to sit on the ground - I will have all the windows open in the event space.

+ An open mind.
