Vision board, Yin Yoga & Sound Bath Experience

Unwind and tap into your creative energy with this unique experience combining yoga, and sound healing. Start the evening by flowing into a deeply relaxing yin yoga session, and finally, melt into the soothing vibrations of a sound bath.

**What to Expect:**

**5:30 PM – 6:30 PM**: Yin Yoga

Ease into a 60-minute yin yoga session designed to help you relax, stretch, and restore your body. Yin yoga consists of long-held postures that target deep connective tissues and promote flexibility. Suitable for all levels.

**6:30 PM – 7:00 PM**: Sound Bath

End the session with a 30-minute sound bath, where you'll be immersed in the calming sounds of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other instruments to help you release tension and achieve a deep state of meditation.

* 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM **: Vision board

End the evening with creating a vision board from the inspiration of class. All supplies will be included.
