What do Lily Singh, Beyonce, Ellen Degeneres, Steve Harvey, and Oprah Winfrey have in common? They are all extremely successful people who regularly use vision boards.

Vision boards (also called dream boards or treasure maps) are a creative and artistic way to think through and manifest your goals using a collage of inspirational, motivational images. According to neuroscientists using a vision board stimulates a process called value-tagging, where “The brain assigns a higher ‘value’ to images than written words on a ‘to-do’ list,”

Common goals include: career, money, love, health, travel, social goals, and, spiritual goals.

Materials will be provided. However, attendees may wish to bring printed images that represent your personal goals.
