If you’ve been feeling stretched, disconnected, or quietly unsure what you want next, this workshop offers a calm place to slow down and listen inwardly.
Alive in Me is a gentle, creative vision board and reflection workshop that invites you to reconnect with what matters to you, without pressure, fixing, or forced goal-setting.
There’s nothing to achieve and no right outcome to reach.
Just time and space to notice what feels important beneath the noise of everyday life.
No manifesting.
No hustle.
Just a slower, more human way to reflect on what wants more room in your life.
What you can expect
• A calm, welcoming atmosphere
• Gentle guidance throughout
• Self-paced reflection using images and simple prompts
• A hands-on creative process that supports clarity
• Optional sharing, never required
You don’t need to be creative or have clear answers. Everything is invitational, and you’ll work in your own way and at your own pace.

Why vision boards work
Vision boards are effective because they work with how the brain and nervous system process information.
