Vision Board Workshop

Life can be so busy, that we rarely pause to reflect and think about ourselves, our dreams and our ambitions.

Creating a vision board is an incredibly powerful way to identify what’s most important to you. This process will help you to gain clarity, re-calibrate, align your focus and tune into your subconscious mind.

I invite you to join me for an evening, where we will explore what is currently going on for you, to help you set achievable goals, and to inspire and motivate you into taking action to create the kind of life you would like to live.

About the Facilitator

Minal is a Positive Psychology Mindset Coach (MSc), wellbeing trainer and Mindfulness & Meditation Teacher. Having always had a passion in human behaviour and neuroscience, Minal works with individuals and with organisations to help them thrive and flourish. Through evidence-based techniques, she helps people to identify and overcome negative thinking patterns that hold them back. She supports them to build their confidence and resilience levels, to live more mindfully and to live an intentional, meaningful life.
