Vision boards can help you gain self-awareness and self-reflect on what is important to you and may also help you imagine what a positive future could look like, which is a helpful way to increase positive emotions and optimism.
In the New Year 2025 Vision Board Creation Workshop, you will have the opportunity to create your own vision board that will serve as a visual representation of your aspirations for the upcoming year.
