This hands-on workshop will guide you through the process of creating a vision board to manifest your aspirations OR even help you capture your joyful memories and experiences as you lean into the practice of gratitude.

Whether you're looking to set new goals, find inspiration, or simply enjoy a relaxing afternoon and connect with others, this event is perfect for anyone wanting to explore their dreams in a creative way.

With the Support of Master Mindfulness Coach Katrina Tschirhart, learn how you can utilize powerful tools such as mindfulness, meditation and process art to overcome your doubts, worries and fears and manifest your hopes dreams and goals, through the power of gratitude, visualization, and affirmations.

All ages & genders welcome - ( I am likely to have my own 9y old son attend)

** please contact me if you'd like to bring younger children (under 6) who may not be participating they are welcome to come with and I can provide games or age-appropriate art activity such as a visual wishlist - you will not need to purchase a ticket for them but we do need to make a note of headcount.
