✨✨✨ ENTERING THE NEW SEASON WITH A CLEAR VISION ✨✨✨
This workshop, organised by LaMatu in Amsterdam, is designed to help you intentionally close the previous period, and set meaningful goals and intentions for the coming season. The session combines structured reflection with practical exercises, intention setting, guided journaling, small-group dialogue, and visual mapping by means of creating personal visualisation boards.
By the end of the workshop, you will leave with renewed clarity, and your personal vision board to guide their focus throughout the coming period — grounded, intentional, and ready to start the new year with positive momentum.
This workshop was created to support the participants to clarify what kind of life they want to design and create in the coming period and intentionally plant the seeds of everything that they want to manifest in their lives.
✨ INTENTION SETTING RITUAL
You will be guided to define some positive intentions for the year ahead. You will write these intentions on a piece of wax paper, which can be folded and carefully lit like a candle. This beautiful ritual marks the start of a new year, a transition grounded in intentional choice. You will bring positive, clearly articulated intentions into the New Year, before it kicks in with its forward motion.
✨ VISION BOARD CREATION
You will create a physical visualisation board using magazines, images, words, glue, and scissors. This mindful process will help you translate your goals and intentions into visible direction, connecting dreams and ideas in a tangible way. Each participant will create their dream collage landscape. This hands-on, mindfulness activity invites you to reconnect with your creativity, slow down and work with attention and presence, turning the exercise into a form of applied mindfulness.
By selecting images and words intuitively as well as deliberately, you may notice patterns, themes, or desires emerging that reflect what your subconscious is drawn to. Bringing these elements to the surface and creating a vision board allows you to visualise what truly matters to you — often beyond what is easy to articulate in words. The finished moodboard will serve as a visual anchor for the year ahead: a tangible reference that supports focus, clarity, and aligned decision-making long after the workshop has ended. You will leave the workshop with a personal visual reference that supports your intentions for the new season ahead.
🕚 TIMING
The event starts at 11:11 with a lunch break and will take up to 7 hours. It is best to set some quiet time for yourself in the evening and not to plan other social engagements in the evening directly after the event. This will allow you the space to fully relax and enjoy the experience.

LaMatu Coaching Practice is located in the VERTICAL building right opposite the NS Station Amsterdam Sloterdijk, West of Westerpark. Being the 10th biggest train station in the Netherlands, Sloterdijk offers excellent public transport connection not only within Amsterdam and Randstad region, but also with the rest of the country.
