Are you ready for a new year? A new you? Or maybe you just want to set some new goals for 2026?
Come get creative and intentional about your life and your future!
When we don't have a clear picture of what we want, we often recreate patterns that we don't want. In this workshop we will explore how subconscious beliefs can limit our experiences and relationships.
We will use guided meditation and journal prompts to reflect on changes we want to make or outcomes we want to achieve. We will set healthy, happy intentions for our future and create vision boards using a variety of mixed media and art supplies.
Journals, vision board supplies and snacks will be provided.
