What we focus on expands and becomes reality. Your brain works hard to achieve the information you feed your mind. Dream big!
Come together in community to learn how and why vision boards work to attract what you want in your life, reflect on what your goals and visions are for 2025, and create a vision board through a guided process. Leave knowing how to use your vision board and a clear path forward in your life!
Join Katie Hay, who has been using vision boards for 15+ years and has seen big results. This is the 9th annual Vision Board Playshop that she is leading at Black Mountain Yoga. Show your vision boards from past years to reflect and share.
Supplies included: poster board, magazines, scissors, glue, and printed handout with the wheel of life. Feel free to use your own magazines or other images for your vision board.
No artistic experience needed.
The workshop is $30 per person and 20% off for monthly members and current Yoga Therapy clients. Please pre-register - it is helpful to have the correct amount of supplies to set up for you.
