Vision Board Creation Session

Come hang out with other likeminded humans in the park to start this year off right. This vision board creation session will give you the time, space, and motivation to begin to imagine a personally curated vision for the next calendar year offered ahead. We will begin our morning with an energizing yoga practice followed by a guided meditation session and soundbath where you can begin to physically call in the essence of energy you are ready to work with. We will then move into a community based discussion and journal session. And from there the magic truly begins! Feel welcome to bring any art supplies or mediums that will allow your personal vision to leap to life. I am asking that students bring their own magazines, newspapers, scissors, pictures, flowers, paints, brushes, glues, or any other materials that will supplement your artistic process to this offering. There is no right or wrong. There is simply creation. There will also be a few small business vendor offerings to help aid your preparation for 2025 through other supplementary practices such as aromatherapy products or oracle card readings! I am excited to see the collective band together and broadcast out good vibes for 2025.
