Vision Board & Yoga workshop

Get ready for an evening of stretching, relaxing, and dreaming big! This in-person workshop starts off with a 60 minute candlelight gentle yoga session, followed by a grounding mini meditation, intention setting and vision board creation. It's the perfect way to let go of the past year, get grounded in your body and get clear on your visions for the year ahead!

• blank canvas and scrapbooks are included & will be provided
• Please bring your own yoga mat & water bottle
