Vision Board and Goal Setting Workshop with Alaria Tayor

Vision Board and Goal Setting Workshop with Alaria Tayor
Saturday, January 23: 1-4 pm
Design your dream life! Join us for an empowering session to define your goals, unlock your potential and map out your dream year with a Vision Board. Alaria will lead participants in guided journaling and goal setting exercises. Each person receives a goal setting workbook and will leave with a plan to achieve their key goals and their own vision board. *A vision board is a visual representation of your goals and intentions, helping you clarify what you truly want in life. One of the key reasons vision boards are effective is that they keep your goals top of mind. When you regularly see your vision board, it serves as a constant reminder of what you are working toward. This helps maintain motivation and encourages action towards your goals. All materials for your vision board are included but feel free to bring found objects and items if you would like.
