A Mid-Year Reset Experience
You asked for it, and we heard you! Here is your opportunity for a mid-year check-in!
We're almost halfway through 2026! It's going by so quick so here is your chance to reflect, realign and renew the vision you had for 2026!
You will go on a Sound Meditation Journey to visualize your Goals & Dreams for 2026, have your Aura Photo taken and create a Vision Board with everything you want to manifest for yourself!
We will begin the workshop by getting super comfy & cozy. So please bring a yoga mat or blanket to lay down. Additionally, feel free to bring a blanket to cover up and a pillow for your head. Once you’re all settled in I, Becky Hopp of With a Grateful Heart Wellness, will take you a beautiful and relaxing Sound Meditation Journey to help you visualize your biggest goals and dreams while playing my Crystal Alchemy Singing Bowls.
After you come back from that relaxing journey you will begin to work on your Vision Boards. We will have scissors, adhesive, pages to cut out, stickers to use and the boards. HOWEVER, if there are specific things you already have in mind or have already saved that you want to add to your Vision Board, feel free to bring those along! They can be anything from a picture, a poem, a logo, a vacation destination, list of books to read this year, exercise plan, etc. It’s YOUR Vision Board so you can put anything on it you want to manifest!
While you’re working on your Vision Board, Jeanette of The Auracle: Aura Photography, will take your Aura Photo for you to add to your Vision Board (if you choose). If you have never had your Aura Photo taken, it’s an incredible experience because the camera is a special camera designed to photograph your energy fields around your body. Jeanette will explain the colors in the photograph and what it all means as well.
