Taught by the owner, Kait, in this hands-on creative workshop every participant will randomly draw a design prompt from a hat and use it as inspiration to develop a completely original concept to "flex" their creativity. Using ink, markers, and poster board, you’ll learn how artists and designers visually communicate ideas through sketches, layouts, logos, character design, typography, and storytelling.
This isn’t about creating the “perfect” drawing—it’s about solving a creative problem and bringing an idea to life.
At the end of class, everyone will have the opportunity to present their concept to the group, explain their design decisions, and celebrate each other’s creativity.
Whether you’re interested in illustration, graphic design, animation, comics, or just love creating, this workshop is designed to stretch your imagination while having a ton of fun.
