Virya is Sanskrit for 'energy'. Positive energy. And that's what our day of women's wellness is all about. Positive, feminine energy!!Your day will include a cathartic movement class (Unleashed ), yoga, meditation, reiki, crystal healing, chair massages, acupuncture, lunch, guest speakers, a sound bath, giveaways (really good ones!!!) - plus so much more!
There will be female vendors there to tickle your shopping fancy. Candles, collagen, malas, hand blended essential oils, hand made jewelrey, lotions, activewear and more!
Lunch will be provided by No KeAloha Food Truck. They will bring the Hawaiin yummineess - and it's all included in your package!
This day is meant to give us a sense of overall wellness. Mind. Body. Soul. We will be in a safe space, with other like minded women, to honor our experience.
