Join us for a free, virtual yoga "class" with one of the most popular YouTube instructors, Adriene M. of Yoga with Adriene.
With her permission, we show a 30-minute gentle yoga class every Tuesday and Thursday in our large, carpeted auditorium on the big screen.
Doors open at noon. We'll start the video at 12:15 p.m.
Perfect lunchtime break. For adults.
Please bring your own yoga mat and blanket
