The topic of discussion is: “Virtual Reinforced Concrete Pipe (RCP) Plant Tour, How RCP Is Made and Design Tips”. The presenter will be taking a deep dive into how reinforced concrete pipe (RCP) is made, from building steel cages, adding raw materials, developing mix designs, mixing the product, curing, “Tip Out” processes, quality assurance and final release of the finished RCP.
Additionally, the presenter will provide important design examples and tips for RCP / ERCP and design resources for RCP that apply to the Transportation industry.
