Pelvic Floor 101 Workshop hosted by Hometown Health and Wellness!

Join us for a special Pelvic Floor 101 Workshop with Fixxed hosted by Hometown Health and Wellness! This virtual, FREE 60 minute workshop will discuss all things pelvic floor health led by FIXXED pelvic floor L/PTA and E-RYT 200 Kris Minear. We'll cover the anatomy of the pelvic floor, common pelvic floor symptoms and diagnoses we treat in our studio, prenatal and postpartum fitness considerations, and strategies to start taking better care of your pelvic floor today.

Whether you're currently experiencing pelvic floor symptoms, are pregnant or postpartum, or are looking to get back into running and movement safely, then this workshop is for you!

The workshop ends with a chance for questions, and all workshop attendees will receive 15% off their first Pelvic Floor PT session with FIXXED.
