Virtual Group Birth Art Session - Clay

Creating birth art can be a fun and insightful activity for those who are pregnant or postpartum and also for anyone who is further in their parenthood journey. Birth art is also a wonderful way to engage in introspection for everyone, and especially those who work with pregnant people or parents.

I am a birth and postpartum doula and will guide you through the process of creating your own birth art during this workshop. Each birth art session takes about 45 minutes to an hour. You don't have to be an artist in any way to enjoy this or gain a new perspective about birth or yourself. It isn't about the art you create; it's about the insight you can attain from the process and how the art makes you feel.

You'll need clay or a clay substitute and an adequate work space. A pen or pencil to write with will also be helpful to journal about your art. No other preparation is needed.
