We are all familiar with the TV ads asking if you or a loved one has been injured due to exposure to a particular substance. This session will explore some of basics and developments in the area of mass toxic torts, including discussion of the seminal mass tort litigation involving Agent Orange; issues concerning the science involved in toxic tort and the elements of exposure and causation; procedural issues in mass torts; and examples of current/future mass torts, e.g., Roundup, PFAS, ultra-processed foods.

To attend the program, please register by November 11, 2025. We’ll email registrants the Webex link before the program.

Important Information for Registrants
If you would like to attend multiple programs, you must register for each individual program via its Eventbrite page. All pages are linked in our Virtual Fall CLE Series email.

You will receive a Teams link to the program, one day prior, you will receive another email containing handout materials and accompanying attorney affirmation forms, a survey, and instructions for CLE credits.
