Virtual Adult Mental Health First Aid
About this Event
Welcome to the Adult Mental Health First Aid Blended Virtual Training. Join us on Tuesday, November 24, 2026 for a free Adult Mental Health First Aid course offered in a blended virtual format. This training combines required self‑paced online pre‑work with a live instructor‑led session delivered through Webex beginning at 08:30 AM.
Adult Mental Health First Aid teaches participants how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental health or substance use challenges in adults. This training is open to any adult who wants to learn practical and supportive skills to help coworkers, neighbors, family members, or community members who may be experiencing a crisis or decline in well‑being. Participants who complete all required components of the course will earn 8 Continuing Education credits.
All registered attendees will receive the Webex meeting link the day before the training, along with instructions for accessing and completing the required pre‑work. Pre‑course work must be completed before the live session. Instructions will be provided upon registration.
We look forward to having you join us and helping strengthen our community’s ability to support adult mental health.
