This private course is exclusively offered to VirTra Law Enforcement and Military customers only. The 5-day event includes “The Science of Simulation Training,” and “Train the Operator”. "The Science of Simulation" is a critical overview and application of the science into adult learning and specifically as it applies to simulation. These adult learning concepts apply to all modes of learning both in and out of simulation.
