As the eclipse reaches totality, the moon will take on a deep red hue, a breathtaking sight that we may witness from our location if the skies are clear.

This celestial event invites us to let go of what no longer serves us and step into greater alignment with clarity and purpose, guided by Virgo’s grounding energy.

Our monthly Full Moon Sound Bath offers a truly unique experience, blending the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls and Tibetan singing bowls. With Kaori’s guidance using the harmonic resonance of crystal singing bowls, and a skilled medicine man from Mexico, Ehekamitl bringings his expertise in traditional healing and Tibetan bowls. This collaboration creates a beautiful soundscape that invites deep relaxation and balance.

This event is a gift to the community, offered freely to all the people. All ages, genders, nationalities, and ethnicities are welcome to join us! Your generous donations, suggested at $25 are deeply appreciated and can be made either in cash, placed in the donation box at the event or through Venmo. This session embraces an organic and natural setting in nature. For an optimal experience, kindly arrive early, as spaces are on a first-come, first-served basis. Sound Bath

A Sound Bath is a deeply relaxing experience where you simply lie down and listen to soothing sounds—no water or bathing suit needed! It's a transformative experience in acoustic healing, delicately easing tension in the body, purifying the subconscious, providing solace to the mind, and awakening your brain wave rhythms. Regardless of your experience level, simply embrace the session—allow the cosmic energy and enchanting sound vibrations to dissolve any weight in your mind and body. It’s like a meditation, guided by sound, to leave you feeling refreshed and renewed!

• Towel or mat to lie down on the beach
• Blanket to cover yourself in case of rain or windy weather
• Eye mask or something to shade your eyes from the streetlight
• Water to stay hydrated
• Optional to do Journal to reflect on yourself

3月の乙女座満月は皆既月食となり、更にパワフルな浄化作用を期待して頂ける夜となります！夕日と共に始まるビーチでのサウンドヒーリングセッションでは、カオリのクリスタル・シンギングボウルに、メキシコでの経験を持つメディスンマン、エヒカミットルが奏でるチベタン・シンギングボウルが加わり、自然の音と溶け合った美しいハーモニーをお楽しみ頂けます。波の音に包まれながら、ハワイのマナの高波動を感じるこのセッションで、深い癒しをご体験下さい。

初めにパロサントのお清めで身体に溜まった不要なエナジーを取り払うお手伝いを致します。自由席となりますので、お早めにご到着下さい。 軽いウォームアップをしてからサウンドバスを行いますので、身体を動かせる楽な服装でご参加下さい。

サウンドバスをお受けになる際は、十分に水分補給をなさる事をお勧め致します。常温・又は暖かいお水をご用意下さい。ビーチに横たわるために敷く物、日が暮れると肌寒くなるのでブランケットか上着、街灯がとても明るいので目を覆うアイマスク、必要に応じて枕など、ご自身がゆったりとくつろぐ為に必要なアイテムをお持ちになる事をお勧めします。万が一の急な雨にも対応出来るような物をお持ち下さい。ご所有のパワーストーンの浄化をご希望の際は、セッションの間クリスタルボウルの周りに置いて頂けますのでお持ち下さいませ。

セッション終了後、８：２６に皆既月食が見れる時間となるので、お時間がある方はご覧になってみて下さいね！

Info: We begin our evening by smudging with Palo Santo (or Sage) to release any stagnant energy and create space for positive vibrations. We invite attendees to gather at the shore and line up for a personal energy clearing experience.

Info: Next, we’ll do some gentle warm-up exercises. Please wear comfortable attire for ease of movement, and feel free to modify the exercises as needed to accommodate any physical conditions.

Info: We’ll then immerse ourselves in a soothing Sound Bath, allowing the healing vibrations to wash over us. All we need to do is RELAX and Listen to the sound :)

Info: The Total Lunar Eclipse will begin at 8:26 PM when the moon starts turning red. The best time to view the red moon will be at 8:58 PM when the moon is closest to the center of Earth's shadow and appears at its fullest and most vibrant red. This moment of maximum eclipse will provide the most striking view. Please note, this is optional and not part of our scheduled event, as it will be late at night. Feel free to stay afterward to witness this awe-inspiring phenomenon!
