-- Fairfax - Oct. 9, 6-8 pm, Fairfax County Government Center (Board Auditorium), 12000 Government Center Pkwy.
-- Richmond - Nov. 5, 2-5 pm, State Corporation Commission Office (SCC Courtroom), 1300 E. Main St.
Public comments during the in-person sessions are restricted to two minutes per person. Alternative testimony options include Phone Hearings: Nov. 5 (8:30 am – 11 am), Nov. 9 (4 pm – 7 pm), and Nov. 10 (4 pm – 7 .m). You can also submit written comments, which the SCC will accept through November 9.
