Unique opportunity to travel and take part in an epic 3-day music festival. This experience is for six LesbiFriends who want to get away, make meaningful connections, listen to good music, and vibe out by the beach.

Why Virginia Beach?

LesbiFriends are going to Virginia Beach because we love music, fellowship, and an overall good time. Something in the Water is returning to Virginia Beach after the pandemic and we want to be there to partake in this momentous 3-day festival.

What does this trip entail?

This is not your typical 30+ people LesbiFriends trip. This is a unique experience to travel with a small group of dope queer people. We will share a 3-bedroom cottage that is walking distance to the festival (just 2-3 blocks, hence why the lodging is so pricey). We will also do communal living, buying groceries and cooking together and/or going out to eat and trying new restaurants. All the while having an unforgettable weekend with some amazing music artists at what will be a sold-out music festival.

What is included?

As mentioned, this is not your typical all-inclusive trip so we will all chip in bringing food to cook together and games/activities to enjoy while at the house. The $700 base cost per person includes lodging (again, pricey due to proximity to festival). For an additional $300, you will receive a ticket to the 3-day festival. You can also opt to not go to the festival and just enjoy the area and house on your own.

TRAVELING ALONE?

While the option is there for you to get a single occupancy room if you choose, by no means do you have to select it if traveling alone. We understand that the extra money spent in getting your own room takes away from the money available for you to splurge while on vacation.

For that reason, we extend each traveler the option of having us pair you with a suitable roommate for no additional cost. Roommates are paired based upon the answers to their personality questions on their registration form, as well as their ages and even astrological signs. Prior to departing you will be given the contact information of your roommate, giving each of you the opportunity to get properly acquainted.

THE ‘‘TELL A FRIEND’’ DISCOUNT

Do you know someone who may be interested in joining our trip but has not been to a LesbiFriend event or trip? Here is your chance to save a little money while bringing them on a trip of a lifetime!

For every traveler that you refer to our trip, you can subtract $50 from the cost of your trip. There is no limit to the amount of people you can bring, as long as that person has not already signed up with LesbiFriends.

Be sure to tell your friend to enter your name in the registration form under “How did you hear about this trip?”.

Your $50 discount will be returned to you once both you and your referrals have paid in full.
