Virginia Beach Fall SmileFest

Operation Smile is excited to announce its upcoming Fall SmileFest a family-friendly outdoor festival and artisan market taking place on Saturday Nov. 16 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m at its global headquarters in Virginia Beach. This free community event open to all ages will raise awareness and funds to help provide life-changing surgeries for children with cleft lip cleft palate and other facial differences worldwide.
