Virginia Beach Court-Appointed Special Advocate (VB CASA) office invites you to join us in making a difference! Dine out for a cause at Pelon's Baja Grill Oceanfront, and a portion of the proceeds will be donated to help our 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization advocate for abused/neglected children throughout the community.
