Please join us for a transformative as we come together in a sacred circle to connect with the spirit of Cacao and our own heart consciousness. This ancient plant medicine will open your heart and facilitate deep inner healing and reflection.

Emily Britton of will guide you through a journey meditation, fire ceremony, intention setting, and sharing circle. You will be supported in releasing what no longer serves you and welcoming in love and clarity and a deeper connection to your heart consciousness.

This is a space for connection, community, and personal growth. Whether you are new to Cacao ceremonies or an experienced journeyer, all are welcome to experience the magic of this sacred plant medicine in a safe and supportive environment. Leave rejuvenated, inspired, and connected to your true self.

During the full two hours of a Sacred Cacao Circle you will:

• Have the opportunity to experience a fire ceremony that will be held on your behalf to assist in releasing stale and stagnant energy.
• Learn about some of the Mayan traditions and Geo-Cosmo Vision with Cacao and the energy of the day.
• Mindfully explore an ethically sourced ceremonial cacao and learn more about its journey to arrive in your cup. Cacao tea will be provided for those with specific health conditions that prevent the consumption of high amounts of cacao.
• Experience a guided Journey Meditation with Shamanic Drumming that will help you explore your heart consciousness in a deeper and more profound way.
• Have time for reflection, journaling, and sharing in a safe and sacred container where we can learn from on another and hold each other in support.
• Enter into a new relationship with yourself in heart coherence; this continued practice can be life changing and lead to profound healing and transformation. Come Join us!

Interested participants must register on website before event takes place, no later than 1PM on 1/11. It is recommended to arrive on an empty stomach, no heavy foods or meals at least 2 hours beforehand. Please stay hydrated and bring water. There is a restroom on site if needed. Other items to bring: Journal and pen or pencil, comfortable clothing, and an open heart.

Cushions, blankets, and mats will be provided, but you are also encouraged to bring any items that will provide more comfort for you during the two hours that we will be sitting on the floor. Chairs can be provided by request.

Emily Britton is the founder of Earthkeeper Healing, Reiki Master Practitioner & Teacher, Certified Practitioner of Energy Medicine, and Sacred Cacao Circle Facilitator. She is passionate about supporting everyone on heir spiritual journey of remembering who they are deep within and awakening their own beautiful expression of heart consciousness.
