Virginia - 52 Hike Challenge and We Hike to Heal at Waller Mill Park

Ladies please join We Hike to Heal and the 52 Hike Challenge for a mindful hike at Waller Mill Park in Williamsburg, VA. This is a 3 mile loop on Lookout Tower trail with incredible water views. The trail is considered a moderate hike with some steep inclines/ declines, but only 147 feet of elevation gain.

We will meet at the boathouse for introductions. Once we reach the halfway point, we'll plan to take a break to catch our breath, enjoy the view and do a little gratitude journaling!

This event is for women identified folks 18 and older only.

What you will need for this hike:

• Plenty of water to drink! (we recommend at least 2-3 liters)
• Sunblock and/or hat to protect you from the sun
• Comfortable hiking shoes/boots or trail sneakers
• Comfortable moisture wicking clothing - workout clothes work just fine!
• A daypack/backpack to carry all your items
• A towel to sit on if you're uncomfortable sitting on the ground
• Your journal and a pen
• Snacks (optional)
