Perth alternative music heavyweights Viperchain are set to launch their exciting new chapter with the debut of their synth-driven single, “Evergreen.”
Viperchain will headline their official single launch at Amplifier Bar on Saturday, January 24th, 2026. Joining them are local post-hardcore kings Heaven // Alone, the commanding sounds of Belgravia, and energetic newcomers Sandbroker.
A New Era of Sound
Following their acclaimed 2024 debut release “Absolute,” Viperchain continues to forge a path defined by bold experimentation and a deep respect for their diverse influences. Speaking about the new material, lead vocalist Liam Burke states, “I think we’re going to keep having fun with new music, experimenting as much as we can, leading with what feels and sounds good to us. I think people will resonate with the music if it seems organic to us. From everything we’ve been working on recently, you’re not going to hear the same song idea twice. We’re not afraid to bring a plethora of influences into a single song, let alone song to song.”
Additionally speaking about new music, drummer Marc Scamozzi says, “this song feels like the start of a whole new era for us, which is super exciting. Playing around with new ideas has been really inspiring, and I think we’ve made something bigger than anything we’ve done before. I can’t wait for people to hear it and to play it live.”
