Silence is Golden and meditation is the most powerful spiritual practice. Silence is the foundation of meditation. Join us at the Ashram for a weekend of sacred silence. Explore the essence of quietude and tap into the deep silent wisdom of your own Self. This weekend provides each individual with an opportunity to journey deep within. Each attendee will take a vow of silence, no distractions, no cell phones or technology, no reading or writing during your stay. Just an abundant dose of peace. Will it be challenging? Yes. But there is nothing to fear or dislike about silence. Silence provides us with many gifts, including an opportunity to rest our senses more deeply into love, compassion and healing.
This weekend is appropriate for all levels of experience including no experience.
Programming includes beginner friendly yoga practices (the teacher speaks), meditation, pranayama, intention setting, deep contemplative practices and more!

We have a 7-day cancellation policy for any retreat, workshop, training, or educational certificate program.
Retreat cancellations made prior to the seven days are charged a $125 cancellation fee.
Professional training cancellations made prior to the seven days are charged a $250 cancellation fee.
There are no refunds for cancellations made during the 7 days prior to start date or after the program begins. Cancellations made within these time frames are not entitled to any refund whatsoever and thereby forfeit all monies paid are liable for any monies still owed.
