Vipassana and Meditative Yoga retreat.
In the modern world, people's lives are running around to do many things, multitasking at the same time; studying, working, parenting, business, the mind is always thinking about what to do next, and next for feeling safe, and so on all the time. Then the mind is never in the present or even feel your breath or feel the sensation of your body, but when you start to feel your breath or your body that means you are so exhausted; no energy to walk or even breathe, feel unhappy, get anxiety, depression, or burnout, etc.
All of these things are caused by the mind being used to sending out from the body and losing the connection with the body all the time.
As the mind or the thought is the energy, so when the mind is always out of the body that means you are losing the energy from your thought, no energy from the mind to support the body.
That is why people when thinking a lot without doing anything then feel so exhausted.
And one more thing is about what you are thinking all the time, is tend to think about the negative things; some bad experiences in the past, worried about the future, something that you really want but don't get, and so on.
Now, people start to realize that modern life depends on the material world doesn't make people feel happy, or peaceful then people are looking for a new way of life to fix all these issues in their lives.
That's why people around the world are more interested in Vipassana and yoga because these are working inside and help people to reconnect to themself again, reboot their energy, and make people feel the real happiness and peace inside of them.

The purpose of the retreat.
The Vipassana and Meditative yoga retreat is an intense retreat and holistic healing program that focuses on the inner journey for purification and cleansing the body, the mind, and the energy field.
I will guide everyone to bring their mind or train their mind to reconnect to their body by observing their breath while practicing Vipassana on Anapanasati meditation and practice Meditative yoga for this training the mind starts to let go of whatever they are holding on, attached, clinging, or calving, especially all the negative energies.
What will you get from a Vipassana and meditative Yoga retreat?

Details of the retreat
We will practice Vipassana meditation by using Anapanasati meditation (observing the breath) and I will explain the details in our retreat. Practice meditative Yoga; Hatha yoga, Yin Yoga, and Tibetan singing bowl for balanced energy.
Date 8th-12th December
Check in on 7th December at 2 pm
Check out on 13th December before 12 pm
Place. At Luminaria yogashala in Chiangmai, Thailand.
The private resort for retreat that is surrounded by nature in a resort in the vibe of the northern part of Thailand in Chiang Mai, at the best time of the year in Thailand.
There are rooms in the big House to live together as a family to feel like back to home of peace, and all the staff are Thai locals who will work together to serve you with their kindness, compassion, and love.
Types of accommodation
1. Type A is a Private Master bedroom with an Ensuite bathroom ( 2 people ), only one room
2. Type B is a shared bedroom ( 2 people/ room ) has 3 rooms.

Schedule of the retreat program.
7 am- 8 am - Vipassana meditation
8.30 am - Breakfast time
10.30 am -12.00 pm - Meditative Hatha yoga
12.30 pm - Lunch time
2.00- 4.00 pm Vipassana meditation and Q&A meditation.
4.00 - 5.30 pm - Meditative Yin Yoga
6.00 pm - Dinner time
8.00.- 9.00 pm - Vipassana meditation
9.00- 9.20 pm- Tibetan singing bowl for balance energy

What will you get
3 Vipassana meditation classes ( an hour/ class) and Q&A meditation ( 30 minutes) a day
2 meditative yoga classes; Hatha yoga and Yin yoga ( 90 mins/ class )
1 Tibetan singing bowl for balancing energy a day ( 20 mins/class)
6-night accommodation;
3 meals a day in the retreat program.
A dinner on the 7th ( arriving day)
A breakfast on the 13th ( leaving day )

What is Vipassana meditation?
Vipassana is a way of self-transformation through self-observation. It focuses on the deep interconnection between mind and body to see 5 things; body, feeling, memory, thought, and consciousness as they really are. It is a logical process of mental purification through self-observation.
What is Yoga?
Yoga is derived from the Sanskrit root ‘ Yuj’, meaning ‘ to join’ ‘ to yoke’ ‘ to unite’
What is meditative yoga?
Meditative yoga is a way of self-awareness by combines both Vipassana and yoga. It is a self-transformation of the body and the mind through meditative yoga.
It is a logical process of body and mental purification through self-observation.
What is Anapanasati “Ānāpānasati” meditation?
Anapanasati meditation is a Buddhist meditation practice that involves focusing on the natural, in-and-out flow of the breath to cultivate mindfulness, concentration, and insight.
Anapanasati uses the breath as an anchor to calm the mind, observe sensations without judgment, see the reality that they are, and eventually gain a deeper understanding and freedom from suffering and transmigration or samsara.
It is considered a core Buddhist practice by Gautama Buddha, most notably in the Anapanasati Sutta.
