About this Event
Celebrate the 4th of July from one of the best spots on property at Bolingbrook Golf Club.
Our VIP Viewing Pods are 15ft x 15ft reserved viewing areas located on the North Side Tee near the clubhouse and construction area. Each pod provides ample space for your family and friends while giving you a great view of the live entertainment, food truck area, and fireworks show.
This year’s entertainment includes live music from the Gina Glocksen Band and DJ Tim throughout the evening.
Based on feedback from last year’s celebration, the fireworks display has been moved to the Academy area, giving VIP Pod guests an even better viewing experience. (Please view the map below for reference)
VIP Viewing Pod Includes
- One (1) 15ft x 15ft reserved viewing area
- One commemorative event blanket
- Space for up to 15 guests

- Two (2) parking passes for the Banquet Lot
What to Bring & Pod Guidelines
Each VIP Viewing Area ("Pod") is a 15ft x 15ft reserved space designed to give you and your group a comfortable place to enjoy the festivities, live entertainment, and fireworks.
Each pod:
- Accommodates up to 15 guests
- Has enough space for a 10' x 10' pop-up tent
- Allows guests to bring lawn chairs, blankets, and personal seating
- Allows outside food and non-alcoholic beverages
- Provides a designated area to gather with family and friends throughout the event
To ensure everyone has the best possible experience during the fireworks display, we kindly ask that all guests collapse and lower tents prior to the start of the fireworks show so those around you can enjoy an unobstructed view.
IMPORTANT — Pod Number Reservation Required
- All VIP Viewing Pod purchasers MUST call to reserve their exact pod number.
- Guests who do not call ahead will be assigned a pod number randomly.
- Your pod number is extremely important for event day so you know exactly where your reserved area is located.
Important Parking Information
- Each VIP Viewing Pod purchase includes two parking passes for our Banquet Lot located west of the Bolingbrook Golf Club Rodeo Drive entrance.
- Parking passes must be picked up prior to the event day in the Sales Office at the club.
Directions:
Enter through the Banquet Entrance front doors and take a right at the fireplace.
Event Day Check-In
On the day of the event, all VIP Pod guests must check in at either VIP Check-In Tent. (Please check the map for reference)
