The VIP upgrades do not inlucde a concert ticket. You must purchase a concert ticket.

Debbie will be happy to autograph 2 outside memorabilia items and a camera selfie will be allowed at the Meet & Greet. Please be considerate of other attendees and have your camera/phone ready.
